The house needs to be no closer than 150 feet from the lake because of a required buffer. Clayton County should be closely researched consistent with both agricultural and residential uses. According to these amounts, there appears to be more than adequate room for a conventional septic system on each lot. The RS-180 zoning allows for the construction of an accessory dwelling on each lot. Please see the (attached document) that shows the requirements for the addition of an Accessory Dwelling that is possible on each of these 4 lots.
